Welcome,
My friends.
I am here to offer you a simple but life-giving tool to help you at any point throughout your day when you are worn down with decision fatigue,
When you have reached your capacity,
When you have given all of yourself.
Now you need to regenerate.
And it is called Bubbles.
And bakeries.
Or transpose bakeries and bubbles.
Simple breathwork practice for leaders,
For decision makers,
For parents.
To help you restore yourself when you are worn out.
All right,
So.
I want you to imagine that you are walking into your favorite bakery or favorite restaurant or even into your own kitchen.
And you take in the aroma of what's there.
When you do that,
You're not gonna breathe from here,
But you're gonna move it down and have a real deep inhalation.
And so when we breathe,
Instead of concentrating here and breathing shallow,
I want you to remember to breathe deeply and fully from your diaphragm.
But also allow yourself to be transported from your current circumstances into a place that brings a little more joy,
Thus the bakery,
Thus your kitchen or your favorite restaurant.
And then as you do a nice full exhale,
Not like flat and rushed.
But like you're blowing bubbles as a child would.
So you're going to inhale deeply and fully for a count of four.
So it'll look like this,
Friends.
So we're gonna inhale and smell what's in our bakery for a count of four.
And then we're gonna be young children and blow our bubbles,
Count of four.
And then repeat,
Inhale,
Count of four.
And release count of four.
And do that until you feel your shoulders soften,
Your head rest,
That you feel more relaxed and at ease.
Now you're getting more oxygen to your brain.
You have more clarity.
So you can go forward in your next circumstances with a clear head,
With a little bit of rest and ease in your system.
When we don't take time to breathe,
When we don't recognize how our body is constricted and we don't breathe,
We go through life and through our decisions and in our interactions with people without clarity,
Without being fully ourselves.
So give yourself a gift.
Of breath.
Take yourself to the bakery.
Allow yourself to release and have joy as you blow your bubbles.
And relax.
Return to who you are.
And release the stress.
Blessings to you,
Friends.
