Good morning dude.

Just take a moment to get settled.

Find yourself a comfortable seated position.

Stretch off your body in any way that you feel would be good to release any pain.

And when you're ready,

Bring yourself to stillness.

Take a few big deep breaths in,

Energizing your body,

Feeling the aliveness inside of yourself right now.

Today is a good day.

It's already a good day because you made the decision to come and take this time out right now for yourself,

To remind yourself of what's most important in life.

So already well done.

Just bring your awareness to how you feel in your body.

Notice any tension and some fatigue.

Creating space,

Allowing it to be.

Notice anything that feels good,

You feel excited about,

You feel energized,

Where you feel the most alive.

Feel into the day.

What will today bring?

What flavor is the day?

What kind of energy?

Notice the dance between the two.

And bring your attention slowly to the breath.

Just watching as the breath breathes itself in and out.

Notice if mind is busy today,

Trying to get your attention in some way,

Maybe in the form of worry or anxiety,

Perhaps as tiredness or fatigue,

Perhaps of anger or frustration,

Perhaps even as excitement as wanting to arrive at a certain point in time.

Just as if you're unclipping a dog from its leash,

Unclip the mind and let it run.

And as you sit in stillness,

Watch as the mind runs off into the distance.

Be still.

Notice the stillness,

This ever-present space of contentment,

Of quiet that sits deep within you.

The I am,

The is-ness,

The such-ness,

The constant.

Take one deep breath into this space,

This.

Notice how in this space all is well,

All is one.

There are no problems,

There are no worries.

There is a certainty that today will be a good day.

There is a peace.

Take this moment to wish yourself a small blessing,

Placing your hand on your heart if you wish.

May I be safe,

May I be strong,

May I be content and may I live with ease.

Breathe into this blessing,

Feeling it run through your whole body,

Through your arms to your fingers and down your legs to your toes and up into your head and through the crown chakra,

Exploding your heart with this blessing.

And while you fill yourself with this wonderful blessing of love and joy and well-being,

Take a moment to bring someone that you feel needs this blessing from you,

Bring them to your mind's eye.

Imagine their face,

Imagine them smiling at you.

Smile to them and wish them too the same blessing.

May you be safe,

May you be strong,

May you be content and may you live with ease.

Feel the warmth radiating from you and reflecting back in their smile.

And expand this blessing to the whole world,

To every human being,

Even the animals,

Even the planet and beyond.

May you be safe,

May you be strong,

May you be content and may you live with ease.

Take a big deep breath feeling the whole weight and warmth of the blessing.

Today will be a good day.

Just sit in this feeling,

Be with this blessing.

And may you be strong,

May you be content and may you live with ease.

Tay sweet You are an amazing being,

Alive and with the power of the universe.

Today is an important day.

Find yourself with what is most important,

Deep,

Rich,

Vulnerable,

Open connection with others,

The love,

The heart,

Your contribution,

The impact that you have on other people,

On the world,

How you can be strong and step up and support others in their struggle,

And the fun and the play and the joy that you bring to life,

The creativeness,

The spark,

The laugh,

The high five and the bum slap.

This is your essence.

Bring liberty to the day.

Feel that run through you.

It's not serious,

Despite what people say.

So have fun and pursue it with tenacity,

Determination.

Beat the day,

Accept the challenge and play.

Take another big deep breath in.

Have an amazing day bud.
