Welcome to this divine moment I am calling A Spring of Hope.

This guidance draws from a beautiful somatic meditation that I had done with Renee Stills of Embodied Astrology.

So,

In this moment,

I'd like you to find a comfortable position,

Whether that's laying down,

Sitting against a chair,

Or on the floor,

Or even standing against a wall.

Whatever you feel called to do in this moment to give you a sense of comfort,

Of relief.

For right now,

You do not need to give.

You need to be in a state to receive.

And as you get comfortable in this position,

Whether that's tapping yourself,

Shaking it out,

Screaming,

Take some time to come into contact with what is beneath you,

With what in this moment is your earth,

And allow yourself to imagine that support becoming deeper and bigger.

Imagine that support being able to hold everything that you would like to give it in this moment as it takes it in,

As it holds you like your mother once did.

And if that imagery of your mother isn't a nice one,

Then think of the universe holding you,

Allowing you to be filled with the starlight that you are.

And as you become still in this moment,

And if you haven't already,

I invite you to close your eyes and sink into your breath.

You don't have to change it,

Just be with it,

Recognize it,

Say hello to it.

And notice how each breath is different.

Some are shallow,

Some are soft,

Some may even be asking for a little bit of hope.

Some may be expansive,

Some may be filled with relief.

And even with everything happening,

Even when everything seems so stressful,

So intense,

So out of your control,

I want you to remember this breath.

Because this breath,

In its existence,

Is already worthy,

Is already a gift.

How?

Imagine yourself in a meadow,

Or in a forest,

Or anywhere in nature,

And call yourself to your favorite tree,

Plant,

Flower.

And as you look at it,

And as you breathe,

Know that with each exhale,

You are releasing what that plant needs to survive.

And as that plant exhales,

It releases what you need to survive.

Your breath matters.

Your being matters to this ecosystem,

Just by breathing,

Just by being.

You are hope embodied for every plant here on this earth.

You give it carbon dioxide,

And it releases oxygen for you.

You provide the nutrients it needs to grow,

And it provides you the same.

You sustain yourself with your simple breath,

With your being.

You have been called here to be.

To be,

Not to do.

It was never about the hustle or the survival.

Your mere existence is enough.

You are whole and you are worthy in this moment,

Right here,

Right now.

It's as simple as that.

And from here,

You move,

You act,

You action,

Because right here,

From this grounded sense of presence,

From this being of worthiness,

Of love,

Of power,

Of embodiment,

Of giving and receiving,

You know the principles,

The values of life,

The care,

The collaboration,

The collective,

The beauty,

The cyclical nature of our being.

From this sense,

You feel your honored promise to the earth and the earth's honored promise to you.

And with that,

You move.

With that,

You feel that hope that resides within you already,

Your heart holding it for you to see,

Beating every moment and with every breath,

Asking you to see what it is already holding and telling you.

So listen,

Listen closely,

Even if it is faint,

That is okay because it will grow as you do.

It will move with you.

But first,

You must feel that deep sense rooted here and now that you are worthy and you are whole,

You have a place here.

You belong.

So breathe with that flower and see it bloom,

Watch it contract and then burst.

Watch it bloom so beautifully as you also will.

It gives so you receive and you give so it can.

Yes,

You belong.

Yes,

You can hold hope even when it seems so exhaustive.

Even when it seems like,

Will that even be enough?

It will if you carry it to the next moment.

So let your body tell you,

Let your heart receive its own love and let yourself find the next movement you'd like to take,

Moment by moment,

Step by step.

No one is asking you to run.

Just take a step.

Just begin your walk and hold that belief,

Hold that hope,

Hold that knowing.

And I promise you will bloom because just like every flower,

The blooming happens at exactly the right time.

No one rushes it.

No one forces.

It blooms as and when it needs to.

And as and when it's right.

So even in your contraction,

Even in that space where you are just a bud,

You are enough.

You are worthy and you are giving and receiving.

So breathe deeply,

My friend,

And rest in a smile.

Know that you belong.
