
Back To The Breath (Extended Meditation Version)
Breathe with me. Let your breath be guided by the music to calm anxiety and bring you back to the present moment. This is a slow breathing practice, designed to help settle an overwhelmed or anxious mind. Slowing the breath can signal to your body that you’re safe, easing tension and creating space for calm. Slow breathing is also challenging! If the pace feels too slow, that’s totally okay. You can pause at the top of the breath, shorten it, or simply breathe in a way that feels natural to you. There’s no right or wrong here—just a soft rhythm as optional guidance. Go back to the breath. Again and again.
