Om Shanti, Relax your mind. Take a deep breath, Breathe in life and breathe out whatever you don't want to carry with you anymore. Take few moments to slow down the pace of your mind. Quiet and silent is your nature, Your true nature, Your true self. Everything around seems to be collapsing, Yet it's a message. A change is bound to happen, First inside and then outside. In the universe of your consciousness, Simply return to your greatness. Become aware of the sacred space behind your eyes. Stand there like an hero that won the battle. Melt away the scattered pieces of painful memories of the past. With your love, With your silence, With your peace, With your greatness, Become again the diamond that God can see looking at you. You, The being of light, The point of energy, The radiant self, Rest your mind. Let only a few thoughts plain inside. I am the gentle energy in the stillness of my being. I am love. I am free. No guilty feelings, No regrets. Nothing happened to make me grow. Everyone I met was right for me to be here today, Happy to be me, To be real, Loving, Fair, Full, At peace with the world.
