Transcript

Begin by making yourself nice and comfortable.

You can be lying or sitting down,

It doesn't matter.

And just allow yourself to relax into your breath.

Feel the sensation of your breath in your body.

Feel the sensation of the air as it moves in and out of your body.

Feel the sensation of your abdomen as it rises and falls with each breath.

And with each exhalation allow yourself to relax.

Allow your body to sink down.

Allow your skin to relax.

Feel your mind relax.

Feel yourself relax into a place of trust in yourself.

Trust in your body.

Trust in your mind.

Trust in your heart.

Trust in your soul.

Trust in the universe.

And trust in all that is.

As you feel yourself relax more and more.

Feel your body dissolve into the air around you.

Feel your epidermis or your skin dissolve and become one with the air around you.

Feel yourself,

Feel your body become one with the air,

With the atmosphere,

With the universe.

Feel yourself become one with the universe.

You are at one with the universe.

You are the universe.

The universe is within you.

The universe is you.

The universe is you.

This was short and powerful in helping me to connect with the universe. Update: I’ve been using this meditation daily, the silence at the end allows me to feel my gratitudes, feel and see that which I want to manifest and thank the universe. I never leave this space without smiling, even on the days we all have where we struggle. 🙏

Great meditation...so relaxing. Can’t wait to listen to more. Minor thing from me: “epidermis” threw me off.. I was deep inside the meditation and then the word brought me back because it was not something I would use daily and I had to remember ‘oh yeah that’s skin’. More funny then anything.

Delightful, well conducted, might be too short at times and requires you come back by yourself (some experience swimming in "the zone" would definitely help)... but the voice and music are soo good for the purpose... Thanks!
