Okay,
So starting here,
Finding yourself in a comfortable seat.
You can either be in a chair or in a cross-legged position,
Just allowing your spine to be straight,
Your head lifting towards the sky,
And your sit bones rooted into the earth.
Feeling the sit bones dropping down into the support of the earth below you,
And feeling that long line of energy through your spine up to the crown of your head,
Connecting up to the heavens,
And feeling the wisdom of your body connected with all of the elements.
Good.
From here,
Taking a deep breath from your root up to the crown of your head,
And the exhale waterfalls down the front line of your body,
Exhaling and letting go.
Two more like that,
Inhaling from the root up to the crown,
And exhaling,
And exhale.
So today,
We're going to focus on the semantics of confidence and clarity,
And find them within our body so that we can really attune to these energies and use them to strengthen our vitality,
To strengthen our confidence.
So go ahead and bring hand to the belly,
Hand to the heart,
And just feel that energy synchronizing together of the hands to the belly and the heart.
Now,
Let's start with the belly and imagining the belly feeling very light and spacious.
Imagining the belly being able to digest everything that comes into contact with the belly,
Digestively,
Emotionally,
Energetically,
Feeling ease with everything that comes in and everything that comes out.
And then bringing your hand now to the head,
So one hand to the belly and then one hand to the head.
And now,
Allowing that hand to the forehead,
Starting to soften,
Softening through the head,
Creating lightness and clarity,
Just with your awareness.
And just visualizing yourself being able to make decisions easily from this place of clarity,
From this place of seeing the bigger picture and trusting yourself.
So everything from your relational decisions to your work decisions to your choices for your own self-growth is coming into this place of trust,
Trusting your intuition and just trusting the power of your will.
So from the belly to the head,
Connected through the heart.
So when all of these channels are aligned,
The belly,
The heart,
The head,
We feel this congruity in the self,
This aliveness and vitality and capacity to make choices with ease,
Without anxiety,
Truly coming from our higher self,
Coming from that wise one within.
So breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the heart and breathing into the head,
We will start to call in these affirmations for ourselves.
I am clear.
I will stay the course.
I can find a way through.
I will not give up on myself.
I am capable of following through.
I am clear and I will stay the course.
I will be true to myself.
I love myself.
And I am capable of following through.
Notice what happens to your body when you call these affirmations in.
You might bring hands back to the belly,
Back to the head.
And if these areas aren't already filled with lightness,
Then bringing your awareness into the belly,
Into the head,
And cultivating that sense of lightness and ease into the belly and into the head.
And from the heart,
Shining this energy of trust and compassion.
Self-love.
And we'll finish our practice with three deep,
Long breaths,
Starting from the root,
Breathing with the back body up to the crown of your head,
And exhaling down the front line of the body.
Inhaling up the back body.
Flushing down the front body,
Letting go,
Letting go.
And one last time,
Inhaling up back body,
Up to the crown.
And exhale.
Slowly bringing palms to the heart,
Bowing in and thanking yourself for taking this time to be with your body,
To work on your mindset,
And to bring more awareness into all the spaces of your body that support you on your path.
