Settle into your seat.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling slowly and easily.
Pausing.
Exhaling slowly and easily.
Pausing at the out breath.
Feel your breath spread out through your body.
Touching in with all your cells.
And as you exhale you're releasing all that no longer serves you.
All the tension of the day.
You're in the present moment with your breath.
Now drop down into your heart.
Keep your awareness in your heart chakra.
Now drop down into your sacred space of your heart.
Nothing to see.
Just intend that you are there.
Just become aware of the space.
Aware of how you feel in your body.
Knowing that you are light.
And as you inhale you see the slight grow within you.
It intensifies.
And as you exhale it expands out through your body.
Each breath it intensifies more.
Each exhale expands further.
Bringing love to every cell,
Every atom in your body.
Extending out beyond your body into your energetic fields.
Filling the room.
Expanding beyond the room.
Continuing to flow outward into your community and beyond.
Rest in this flow.
You're resting in your divinity.
Your connection with source.
You are at Sarah point within your heart.
Now you're going to create a ball of light within your heart for Gaia with all the love and appreciation that you hold for her.
For her nurturing support,
For her beauty,
For her love.
And send this ball of light down through your air chakra into the crystalline grid and into the core of Mother Earth.
Sending her all your love and gratitude.
And allowing this love to return to your heart space.
Feel it expand within you.
Become aware of this flow of light between you and her.
As you flow down,
Your light connects in with the crystalline grid and goes around all of inner Earth and back to you and to her.
You're in this two-way flow.
The grid is glowing brighter.
Her core is growing brighter.
Your heart is growing brighter.
And in this love and this connection,
Create a ball of light of gratitude and love for your higher self,
Your divine soul.
Your family of light.
Your awakened ancestors.
Ascended masters,
Angels,
Archangels,
And all beings of light.
Send this ball of light up through your crown chakra,
Connecting in with the sun and the central sun and the source of all that is Mother Father God,

And feel this light and love return to you.

And see this light connecting in with the crystalline grid above you.
And the family of light connecting to the crystalline grid as well.
This light intensifies and grows.
As you are focused upon it,

And now come back into your heart knowing that you are fully connected with both grids of light.

The oneness of all.

Who are manifesting the awakening and the ascension of the planet as well.
We are all connecting,
Creating a blanket of love of opalescent light that surrounds the entire surface of the planet.
There are so many of us.
And the light grows and grows and grows.
Until there are no dark spots left.
Feel this love.
Watch the magic happen.
And know that light attracts light.
Every being who does not see their own light still has a seed light within them.
And imagine each one of their seed lights,
Their diamond flames within their hearts,
Is attracting in the light that you have created around the surface of the planet.
And their light begins to glow just a little bit brighter.

And your focus is just on being the light,
Being the love,
Sharing it,
Sending it out from your being.
With every inhale it intensifies,
