Let's begin with three deep breaths.
You want to inhale through your nose with a big belly breath and exhale through your mouth.
And let's do that again.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing all the air.
One more time,
A nice big breath,
Expanding the belly.
And exhale through your mouth.
And now we're going to take three breaths and we're going to hold at the top of the inhale.
Inhale,
Big breath.
Holding,
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
And again,
A big breath,
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
One more time,
A big inhale.
Holding.
And exhale through the mouth slowly.
And now drop into your natural breath.
Stay aware of your breath.
And imagine there's a ball of white light in the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
This light grows brighter.
And each exhale,
It expands.
Beautiful divine white light,
Healing light,
Peaceful light is touching every cell in your body,
Expanding throughout your chest,
Growing brighter,
Expanding down into the abdomen.
Down through your legs.
And your arms.
And up through your neck and head.
And then continuing to expand and surrounding your body in a cocoon of divine light.
You are resting in this divine light.
Feeling lighter and more peaceful.
Keep your awareness on the ball of light in the center of your chest.
Whenever you go back into your thoughts,
You can just let them go and come back to that ball of light.
Feel the presence that you are.
Become familiar with this feeling,
This connection with your true self.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to worry about.
Just relax.
And be present with yourself.

Move your fingers and toes a bit.
Open your eyes.
Become aware of how you feel in this moment.
This is you being present with your true self.
