And as you do this,
Feel your shoulders relaxing.
Your body softening and your mind begins to settle.

As you breathe in.
Let your line rise,
Maybe as a gentle curve or maybe a wave or even a circle.
As you breathe out,
Let the line fall.
Or soften.
As you inhale,
Draw upward.
As you exhale,
Draw downward.
There is no right or wrong way.
Just your breath.
