Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
If it's not comfortable for you to close your eyes,
Just lower your gaze and find a fixed point to stare at.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Feel the tension leaving your body with each breath.
Now let's take a moment to embrace the silence around us.
Notice the stillness in the air.
Listen closely to the quietness,
Allowing it to envelop you in its calming embrace.
Now I invite you to focus on the present moment,
Allow your mind to quieten,
Letting go of any thoughts that may arise,
Simply be.
Embrace this moment of stillness.
Feel the peace that comes with being fully present,
Letting the silence wash over you like a wave of tranquility.
As the meditation comes to an end,
Take a moment to reflect on how you feel.
Notice any shifts in your body,
Mind or emotions.
Remember you can always return to this place of inner calm whenever you need it.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Carry this sense of tranquility with you as you continue with your day.
