Good morning and welcome to our practice.
This routine consists of several breathing exercises that are meant to extend the capacity of your lungs,
Energize your body and refresh your mind.
In yoga such a breath work is called Pranayama,
Which means control of prana or control of life force.
By doing these breathing exercises every day you can purify your energy channels so the vital energy can freely circulate in the body making it vibrant and healthy while keeping the mind calm and alert.
Before we begin our practice make sure that you are in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
You can bring your hands on your knees and let your eyes softly close.
We will start with a cycle of conscious breath by taking a deep inhale on the count of four and exhaling on the count of four.

Exhale 2 3 4 inhale 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 next we will add to this a hold after the inhale we will also make our exhale twice as long so we will inhale on the count of four hold our breath on the count of four and exhale on the count of eight let's begin inhale 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 inhale 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 inhale 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 inhale 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 now we will introduce the breath of fire to energize ourselves for the day with this technique you will take fast and rhythmic exhales through your nose while we're focusing on exhales our inhales happen naturally as we exhale every time our belly goes in and pushes the air out of the body it will sound like this you might feel a little dizzy while performing this breath work this feeling is normal and will go away once you stop the exercise however feel free to take a break anytime you need it and let's begin our breath of fire together now take a deep inhale through your nose and hold your breath feel free to exhale whenever you're ready now observe your sensations you may feel tingling in your hands or feet vibrations at the top of your head or in your third eye area acknowledge these changes and allow the prana that you just accumulated through your breathing to assimilate in every layer of your physical and subtle bodies may this energizing vital force activates every organ of your body and heals what needs to be healed may this pranic power activates your creative potential and opens your mind to the new inspiring ideas and now we will take three more deep breath together as we take a deep inhale through the nose we attract more joy into our life and as we exhale through the mouth we are letting go all the worries as we take a deep inhale through the nose we connect to the higher vibrations and as we exhale through the mouth we are releasing all thoughts and feelings that don't serve us as we inhale together we direct our lives to success at all levels and as we exhale together we surrender to the divine wisdom you may take a few more deep breath and when you're ready gently open your eyes I thank you for this practice and wish you to have an inspiring and joyful day goodbye
