Acceptance can be practiced by simply observing and allowing all experiences to come and go without trying to control or suppress them. This can greatly help in cultivating a compassionate relationship with one's own body and mind. When we can attend to the meaningful observation of the present moment, even if we are caught up in our stressful thoughts and overwhelming emotions, it can lead to a greater sense of inner peace in life.
From the first few notes I felt that feeling you get when you realize and accept the fact that "it is what it is." Trying to let go of the hate that I feel. This helped. I stood barefoot, face to the sun and just listened.
