This track was inspired while Anam was contemplating on how often we forget about self-compassion by giving more importance to things that have little to do with being present in the now. Give yourself a chance to pause for five minutes with this musical piece. Find a comfortable place and listen to the melody of the flute, calling for you to return to the now and to look at yourself with compassion by tuning into the breath - the most beautiful thing we have.
