Amy has a deep interest in spirituality and meditation and a great love and talent for writing and the power of words. As she finds ways to connect these elements, she hopes to act as a conduit for others to find their voices, tell their stories, and explore both their humanity and their spirituality. Amy has over 20 years of professional experience as a writer, writing teacher and editor, and she recently became a certified TEFL instructor. She also has a lifelong interest in religion and spirituality. To bring this interest into the professional sphere, she studied Religion at the Master’s level at the University of Manitoba and earned a Spirituality Coach diploma from the KEW Training Academy.
