So let's take a moment and let's practice a bit of self-love and self-kindness.
Sit with your spine upright and shoulders completely relaxed.
Take a deep breath in and release very gently.
Place your palm gently over your heart.
Visualize a golden ray of light emerging from your heart.
As this golden ray emerges,
It spreads everywhere and making the entire world a beautiful golden world.
These golden rays are my qualities,
Qualities of power,
Compassion,
Love and kindness.
These rays are rays of my self-worth,
My self-respect.
Gently say to yourself,
I am a powerful and confident being.
I am worthy,
I am enough and I am loved.
I don't demand for love,
I just radiate love and respect.
The lesser I demand and radiate,
The more love keeps coming from the universe to me.
Gently open your eyes and have a beautiful smile as you open your eyes and hold this warmth of self-confidence within you.
