Sit very comfortably.

Take a deep breath in and gently release your breath.
With each breath,
Scan your body from your head till the tip of your toe,
Noticing any tension or stress.
With each exhale,
Release that stress and let your body completely soften away.
Picture yourself lying under a calm,
Beautiful,
Starry night sky.
The sky is full of stars and no clouds,
No clouds of stress,
Anxiety or uncertainties.
Hear the silence and peaceful vibrations of the nature in your eyes while you lay down below the sky.
Just feel very lucky that you are able to afford this time for rest.
Gently whisper in your mind,
It is my time to rest.
