This meditation is designed to shift our perspective from a narrow range of focus to an expanded awareness of space as a tool to manifest our visions into reality. By shifting our attention to the space around our body, rather than the physical body itself, we open ourselves up to a quantum field of possibility. Our brain waves become synchronized, coherent, and organized. It is highly suggested to set a clear intention when working with this meditation. This meditation draws on the Open Focus Technique developed by Dr. Les Fehmi

Transcript

Close your eyes and right away come to your breath.

Without trying to change it,

Notice its natural rhythm.

Feel the beating of your heart.

Notice your hips on the ground.

See if you can start to receive your breath in your belly.

Feeling a softening of your stomach with every inhale.

Every exhale allow your tailbone to release towards the ground.

See if you can become aware of the space around your head.

You could imagine it lighting up or even glowing.

Become aware of its density,

Its volume in all of space.

Can you sense the volume of space around your ears in space?

Now,

Become conscious of the perimeter of space that the top of your head takes up in all of space.

Move your awareness to the space that the center of your head occupies in space.

Imagine it glowing or lighting up.

See if you can feel the energy of space beneath your chin,

Around your throat,

In all of space.

Can you notice the weight of space around your shoulders in all of space?

Can you feel the energy of space around your heart in all of space?

Can you imagine the color or energy or light surrounding your heart?

Can you feel the energy of space within and around your organs?

See if you can tune into the volume of space within your abdomen in all of space.

Can you sense the perimeter of space around your knees in all of space?

Become aware of the volume of space within your hands,

Around your fingers in space.

Can you feel the density of space around your ankles,

Around your feet in all of space?

Now,

See if you can feel the energy of space that surrounds your whole body in space.

You could see a color or feel a texture.

Maybe tune into temperature.

Extend your awareness to the space that occupies the entire room in all of space.

Can you feel the volume of space between your skin and the walls of the room?

Notice how it relates to the space of the universe in all of space.

It's time to move your consciousness into the quantum field of infinite possibility.

To become someone,

A physical body of matter to no one,

An energy of endless potential.

From existing as density in the fields of space and time to becoming frequency within no space and no time.

From particle to wave,

From someone to no one,

From matter to the thought before matter.

Now,

Bring to mind that symbol that you created and all of the conditions and feelings that were a part of that symbol.

Live that future now.

How would it feel?

How would you act?

What choices would you make?

Experience this future with every cell in your body.

Now,

Surrender this vision to the infinite field of possibility.

Let it find its way to you in a way that is unexpected and filled with ease.

Let go.

Trust in the unknown.

Allow it to execute in a way that's right for you.

Bring your attention to your heart and cultivate a sense of deep gratitude.

Gratitude is the supreme state of receivership.

Whatever you experience in the realm beyond space and time must manifest within space and time.

It's the law.

Know that your creation has already happened.

Experience extreme gratitude with every cell of your body.

Bring your awareness back to a new body.

A new time.

A whole new environment.

Start to wiggle your fingers.

Finding small movements to wake your body up.

Deepen your breath.

You could slowly start to move your neck.

When you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

You could slowly start to move your neck.

You could slowly start to move your head.
