And welcome to your daily bread meditation.
This is a meditation you can return to every single day as the title implies.
Because it will help strengthen your awareness muscles.
It will align you spiritually and it'll help your nervous system Soothe.
And strengthen in preparation for whatever your day or night holds.
I'm so glad you're here.
Wherever you are in time and space,
Go ahead and get cozy and comfy in your space.
I encourage you to flutter your eyelids closed.
And surrender to the moment.
By taking a deep breath in through your nose.
And releasing it through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose.
Release it through your mouth.
And last one like this,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And let it go through your mouth.
Perfect.
Allow yourself to breathe easy in and out through your nose.
As your shoulders drop.
As your heart rate slows down or normalizes.
And as you land here.
Wherever your mind is.
Bring all of your awareness.
From that point or those points.
To the center of your chest.
If it's helpful,
You can place a hand or two over this space.
To help anchor your awareness there.
And feel your chest rise and fall as you breathe.
Perceive or Imagine.
Or feel.
That when you inhale,
A clear white light.
Fills your chest area.
And when you exhale,
That light anchors into this space.
It finds home here.
Inhale,
Light expands.
Exhale.
Light anchors.
That light may expand to fill your entire chest.
Your entire body.
It may even expand out into your aura.
Into the space around you.
But it's also okay if it stays small.
Or if you can't find it at all today.
Whatever arises.
In your heart center.
Witness it.
And when the mind wanders away to its various tasks.
Ideas and beliefs.
Or to its questions and memories.
Gently bring it right back.
Back to.

Feeling.
Or perceiving.
Or imagining the light here.
Beautiful my sweet friend,

You may stay in this space with your awareness on your heart center for as long as you'd like.
And if the time has come for you to close meditation.
You may gently place your hands back into your lap or at your sides.
If they were up on your heart.
And take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale it through your mouth.
Feel it exit through your heart center.
Let's do another deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth,
Feeling the energy move through your heart center.
And last one like this in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Release any grip on your awareness.
Drop your shoulders.
And when you're ready.
Flutter your beautiful eyelids open.
To greet.
Your world.
May you carry this clarity of heart.
This openness,
This centeredness with you.
Into whatever moments you encounter ahead.
