Putting Yourself Out There - EFT/Tapping For Self-Confidence
This 15 minute guided EFT/Tapping session will help you move towards your dreams without resistance. Many of us have dreams and goals that require us to put ourselves 'out there.' Whether you want to show up more on social media, or desire a partner but struggle to put yourself 'out there' on dates; many of us are holding back in some way. Through addressing our fears and showing ourselves love and compassion we can help dissolve this hesitation and move towards the life we most want.

Welcome.
The theme of this tap is putting yourself out there.
I've noticed that many people have a desire to show up in the world in a way that they feel they have some resistance to.
Maybe they want to pursue a dream or a goal,
Which would require putting themselves out there and they immediately feel uncomfortable.
Today we're going to focus on this topic.
If you're new to tapping,
We're going to do this through two simple things.
Tapping lightly on specific parts of our body while we talk about the subject in a call and response fashion.
Ideally you'll say the words I'm saying out loud,
But if you can't,
Just tap along and repeat in your head.
And if I say something that doesn't resonate with you,
Feel free to replace the words so that the statement makes the most sense for you.
If you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose with an audible exhale out your mouth.
Identify an area of your life where you have a strong desire for something and you sense you're holding yourself back.
Even if there are a few things that come to mind for this tap,
Just choose one.
You can always come back to do this tap again on the other topics.
Maybe you desire expanding or growing your business in a way that would have you show up on social media,
But you have some resistance.
Or you want a partner,
But you feel that would require putting yourself out there.
You'd like to present an idea at work or to your friends or family and you haven't because you're afraid to put yourself out there.
Once you've decided what area comes to mind,
Give yourself a rating on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of the resistance you feel to putting yourself out there.
1 being next to no resistance and 10 being extreme resistance.
As we tap,
You may feel yourself wanting to yawn,
Burp,
Emote.
This is all really normal.
Don't hold back.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes or keep them closed.
We'll start by finding the sore spots on the front of the chest and giving them a gentle rub.
Take full responsibility for your own well-being and begin by repeating after me.
There's a part of me I'm afraid to share with the world.
Take a deep breath.
There's a part of me I'm afraid to share with the world.
There's a part of me I desire to share with the world,
But I'm holding back.
Tapping the start of the eyebrow.
Even though there's a part of me I'm afraid to share with the world,
I love and accept myself.
Tapping the side of the eye.
If that's too difficult to say,
You can say,
I'm open to loving and accepting myself.

When you're ready,
You can rest your hands on your lap.
With your eyes open or closed,
Take a moment to check in with how you feel.
Where is the number you identified earlier about your resistance to putting yourself out there?
Without any expectation,
Noticing if there was a shift.
Taking a moment of gratitude for yourself and what it takes to show up for yourself in this way.
Taking one last big deep breath.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes if they were closed and moving into the rest of your day.
Thank you for being here with me.

Feeling really good after this, it was a very different tapping than what I’ve ever done in which points were tapped on but otherwise it felt just as powerful. If not more! My level went from a 7/8 to a 3 ❤️🔥 Thank you 🙏

Thank you. I'm learning a language and finding it very difficult indeed. Particularly with speaking so I'm working on fear and opening up my throat chakra. This is a perfect addition to my routine.
