
The Heart Breath Meditation | Heart-Opening Breath Work
A guided visualization and coherent 4-6 breath work session to help you connect with the intelligence of your heart and relax your nervous system, activating the parasympathetic rest-and-digest state. You will be guided into heart-focused breathing and presence, gratitude, reconnection with your inner child, and loving-kindness. If you're doing this for the first time, remember it may take some time to connect with your heart. But come back to this practice daily and with time you'll start to feel more in touch with your heart. I have done this breathing exercise twice a day for half a year and it has profoundly shifted my relationship with myself, my heart, others and life. I wish the same for you.
