Pleiadian Meditation 1

This meditation guides the listener to move light energy from within the mind and down the central channel of the spine. Thus creating healing and cleansing away negative energy from the system.

Transcript

Find yourself a calm,

Quiet place,

A favorite place.

Lie down and be comfortable.

Make sure that no one disturbs you.

Support your head and the backs of your knees with pillows and use a light cover to stay warm.

Settle your body deeply into this comfortable place.

Arrange yourself and I will wait.

This is a hypnotic meditation designed to calm and reprogram your system.

This time space has been set aside for you and only you.

Feel your body breathing a sigh of relief as it slowly sinks deeply into this place of comfort.

Relax now into the incredible universe within you.

The pure potential and power that you hold deep within your system.

Your mind focuses on my words guiding you inward with your breath.

Feel yourself as you gently inhale all the way down your spine to your tailbone.

Then exhaling all the way up to the top of your head.

Now we ask your personal inner physician in your subconscious mind to continuously scan your body melting away tension,

Soothing pain,

Resetting organ levels and offering exactly what is needed to bring all of your systems into balance.

As you continue to notice your breath moving up and down your spinal system you can feel the warm comforting brilliant light that surrounds you cocooning you in the energy of the universe and its infinite field of love and intelligence.

This energy created you it exists for you for grace,

Forgiveness,

Healing and empowerment.

Notice now with each in breath that you draw in this exquisite light through the top of your skull.

As you continue breathing it begins to fill the inside of your mind with violet white brilliance expanding to form a crystal cathedral inside your skull.

You can feel this light penetrating everything knowing everything and radiating out through your skin warming you calming you healing you.

This light is power a gift from God.

Now when you inhale you can see this light as it's drawn down through your neck illuminating each of the seven vertebrae.

One by one they become lit from within glowing with strength and pliability.

You can visualize this light moving downward through the center of each of them.

Number one two three four five six and seven.

Feel your neck muscles soften release and relax letting your life force energy flow easily through them.

Feel the power of this light as your in breath continues to draw it down through your back switching on a light inside each one of the twelve vertebrae.

One by one they become lit from within glowing with joy unconditional love and possibility.

You can visualize this light moving downward through the center of each of them.

Number one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven and twelve.

Feel your diaphragm relax your lungs are alive and strong and your heart opens.

Surrender into this place of solace where your heart finds joy and forgiveness.

Watch as you inhale for you can now see this light being drawn down through your lumbar spine illuminating each of the five vertebrae.

One by one they become lit from within glowing with strength comfort and flexibility.

You can visualize this light moving downward through the center of each of them.

Number one two three four and five.

Feel the balance and range of motion return to the lumbar area.

Feel your hips open and alive.

Continue to breathe deeply into your spine.

Now when you inhale you can see this light as it's drawn down through your sacrum the triangle shaped bone at the base of your spine.

You can visualize this light flooding through your sacrum as it becomes lit from within.

Feel its connection to the earth its support and how this bone is your sacred launching path.

Now as you continue breathing observe this powerful stream of divine light that you have summoned.

Know that it follows your breath and obeys your intention.

Notice now that your in breath draws this light down into your tailbone the very base of your soul system.

Create an energetic opening at the bottom of it.

Realize that this powerful column of light is God's design to cleanse,

Balance,

Fuel and support you.

Inside this closed system your soul lives and breathes.

Feel all of your pain and tension melting out of your system and gathering into this light.

Push it out through this opening and let Mother Earth take it from you.

Grounding you,

Releasing you,

Cleansing you and healing you.

This channel of divine light continues to flow up and down the spine to cleanse,

Give life and heal you.

It's driven by the movement of your breath.

Bring your focus now to your first chakra,

Your root chakra at the base of your spine and the pubic bone.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

This vortex extends a few inches in front and behind you forming a conduit that draws energy and information in through your field.

Infuse it with rich warm red light.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

The red brings you life,

Survival,

Endurance.

Feel how safe and strong the red is.

Now bring your focus up to your second chakra,

Your sexual chakra above your pubic bone and below your navel.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

Extend it a few inches in front and behind you.

Infuse it with intense amber orange light.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

The orange brings you passion,

Creativity,

Sexuality and reproduction of self.

Feel how pleasing and sensuous the orange is.

Now bring your focus up to your third chakra,

Your solar plexus above the navel at the base of the sternum.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

Extend it a few inches in front and behind you.

Infuse it with the powerful yellow light of the Sun.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

The yellow brings you personal power,

Freedom to show your true self and self-esteem.

Feel how honoring and vital the yellow is.

Now bring your focus up to your fourth chakra,

The heart chakra across your chest.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

Extend it a few inches in front and behind you.

Infuse it with a brilliant emerald green gemstone filling your heart with the mind of God.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

The green brings you forgiveness,

Love and the wisdom of compassion.

Feel how unconditionally loving and joyful the green is.

Now bring your focus up to your fifth chakra,

Your throat chakra.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

Extend it a few inches in front and behind you.

Infuse it with intense turquoise blue light.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

Feel how strong your voice and your will are.

The blue brings you confidence to speak your truth,

To have sound judgment and have the power to call your soul back to free yourself from addictions.

Feel how trusting and truthful the blue is.

Now bring your focus up to your sixth chakra,

Your third eye between your brows and through the center of your forehead.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here.

Extend it a few inches in front and behind you.

Infuse it with deep indigo blue light.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of four inches.

The indigo brings you discernment,

Faith,

Intuition and rational thought.

Feel how clear and wise the indigo is.

Now bring your focus up to your seventh chakra,

Your crown at the top center of your skull.

Visualize the circular vortex that spins here,

Forming a chalice of light that communicates with the divine.

Infuse it with dazzling violet magenta light.

Radiate its size out to the diameter of your skull.

In this place you can just be your true self,

An extension of the divine connecting directly to ultimate source,

Seeing life through God's eyes.

The violet magenta brings you life,

Spirit,

Being.

All is one.

Feel how peaceful and gracious the violet magenta is.

Now as you scan down your body,

You notice and feel your central channel of brilliant warming light traveling through your body from your crown chakra to your tailbone.

Let your soul breathe a sigh of relief as it drifts downwards into yourself,

Into your central channel of light,

The place that breathes life within your body.

In your mind's eye,

Gaze down and see the rainbow of color that your energy body generates through and around you,

Brilliant circles of light that speak with each other through your central channel.

Observe how these colors extend from each chakra and begin to form a protective cloak,

A rainbow that wraps around you.

This rainbow forms one color at a time,

Beginning at the surface of your skin,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Violet magenta.

Feel the power of this light shield that God created to keep you safe.

Now feel the power and the energy that these balanced chakras bring to your physical body,

Your mental body,

Your emotional body,

And your spiritual body,

Aligning them separately and collectively.

Now gradually bring your awareness back into the room,

Feeling the cover that warms you,

The bed that supports you.

Honor your higher power and thank your inner physician for allowing your balanced chakras to draw their energy inward,

Sharing and exchanging information with your inner physician.

This information will now be used to monitor your body systems and reprogram your DNA,

Assisting you in keeping balance.

Feel the weight of your body and take deeper breaths to recalibrate and awaken your system.

You are raising your awareness,

Bringing it back into the room.

Open your eyes and allow your body to stretch and assimilate this new information as you regain your wakeful state.

We ask that your body remember the feeling of these energetic calibrations.
