Rise Up (Butterfly Song)

This song I wrote after my first Vipassana Meditation 10-day silent retreat in South Africa. This song came to me as a gift, in gratitude for the wisdom of the great spiritual teachers and leaders who have gone before, who left humanity with divine wisdom and love.
