Here on Earth,
This planet,
For whoever might need it.
I can and whoever I can reach.
That that really begins within myself,
Within each one of us.
So I was just connecting to that energy and would like to bring through a meditation journey for us all too.
Connect to that frequency of love to elevate it within our own hearts and souls.
And then to radiate that out too.
All to all who we encounter,

Just inviting you to Find yourself.
Your soul,

Allowing it to land,
Allowing yourself to arrive.
Just holding yourself in compassion.
As you inhale deeply.
And exhale completely.
Wherever you are is.
To finally align.
You may listen as a meditation.
Or as something to return yourself to love in anything that you might be doing or moving through.
Perhaps placing your hands upon your heart.
Or in prayer.

A child.
An animal.
Of Beloved.
Letting that love flow.
Fill your soul.

Knowing that any feelings arising,
Any grief,

Is simply a reflection,
A mirror of love.
Of how deeply you love.
Knowing that love is eternal.
Beyond this lifetime.
Maybe thinking of loves.
Through lifetimes past.
And just taking that energy.
Feeling it in your soul,
Your heart,
As it expands and expands and expands.
And letting yourself sit with this love.
Letting yourself see your journey begin.
Through the eyes of love.
What would love to.
Love would see yourself through pure compassion,
Understanding,
And grace.
Would see how,
Perhaps in times.

Your actions were simply.

Your soul seeking love.
Longing to be seen through love.
Longing to feel love.
Honoring yourself.
Or returning to love.
And expanding that frequency of love out into those around you.
Those in your life,
Your community.
This world.
And acknowledging them through this lens as well.
The lens of love.
Allowing yourself to return to this.
To come back again into your heart.
And just feel that love radiating outward.
And you are entirely surrounded by.
The light of love.
You come from love.
You are love.
All that you do is motivated by the frequency of love.
Your deepest longings and desires.
They originate in pure love.
Forgiveness for those moments when you've acted.
In ways that are not aligned for love.
Compassion for that version of yourself.
As we allow our souls to journey with you.
Higher and higher.
Into a place that holds us in pure divine love.
Allowing the visuals to arise.
Or just the feeling,
The knowing.
Of what this healing chamber of love looks like for you.
Perhaps finding yourself in a temple.
The pyramid.
Just a cloud of divine love.
You let yourself be guided in and held in this energy.
Every cell of your being restored to divine love.
Breathing in and out of this.
This knowing that this is who you are.
You are so worthy of divine love.
In all aspects of your life.
You are so worthy of receiving.
Receiving love.
Receiving blessings.
Receiving abundance.
And having every single wish,
Desire and dream fulfilled.
You are so worthy of walking this lifetime,
This earth.
With a true beloved.
With one who fully sees you through the eyes of love.
And allows you to see yourself.
This way to love yourself deeper.
To see you all in this way.
This way of love.
Breathing in and out.
Inhaling last.
And exhaling love.
You are a divine creator.
You are so powerful,
So worthy.
Entirely whole as you are.
Me each step that you take.
Leave a footprint of love.
Me each hand that you hold.
Be imprinted.
With your frequency of love.
May each gaze that you share with another.
Be received with divine love.
May each soul who you merge with feel and know your love so fully and completely.
May all that you do be an emanation of pure love.
Pure divine holy love.
Me each word that you speak.
Be spoken.
Through love.
May your frequency be felt and known and received.
In this essence of love.
May all that you do be an emanation of this.
May you remember your truth.
Your life.

Love is the most powerful frequency of all.
Love can cast away darkness.
And bring forth more light.
If you allow yourself to see.
