I hope you are having a beautiful start to your day.
I wanted to record a little affirmation,
Meditation journey to start your day.
Something that you can listen to at the beginning of your morning as you're waking up,
Getting ready,
Driving to work,
Whatever you might be doing just as a way to kind of set the tone for the new day ahead to be on your highest timeline and to feel really grateful and grounded and connected.
Okay,
So we will just begin by arriving here together,
Exhaling everything,
Letting go of what might lie ahead,
Letting go of what came before this moment,
And just being here,
Being present with yourself,
With your heart,
And with your soul.
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing in the light that you are,
Breathing in the pureness of your soul,
Breathing in all of the love,
Truth,
And wisdom that you embody.
Honoring yourself for being here in this moment,
For taking time for yourself,
For setting the intention to make healthy choices,
Make positive decisions,
And to align your life in the most beautiful way that you can.
And allowing yourself to simply be here,
To return to yourself,
And to know that this is something you can do in any and every moment.
And listening to these as a meditation or in any way that is best for you.
I am so grateful for this beautiful new day.
I am so grateful for this beautiful life that I am living.
I honor myself.
I honor my journey.
I honor all of the lessons that I'm learning,
All that I came here to learn and to remember.
I love myself.
I love myself for the beautiful,
Brilliant version of me that I am.
I love myself for the one who has gone into the darkness,
And I love myself for the one who has risen into the light,
Knowing that my journey has led me here to show me what I'm meant to see,
For me to know what I'm meant to remember,
And for me to learn what my soul wanted to come here to learn.
I'm so grateful for my body,
My beautiful,
Healthy,
Strong body that is the vessel that I am here in on earth.
I see the beauty in my body,
In my face,
My eyes,
Most importantly in my heart and my soul.
I feel so much love moving into this day.
I feel love for myself.
I feel love for my home,
My community,
My family,
My friends,
My animals,
The nature surrounding me,
The city surrounding me,
And the light surrounding me.
Today I will do my best in all that I do.
I will show up fully.
I will let my heart lead me,
And I will live from my truth.
Today I will let my light shine.
I will let my light shine so brightly that it illuminates the way for those who are around me.
My light has the power to transform.
Each and every space that I walk into will be filled with my light,
And it will truly radiate outward and make a difference.
I am so powerful,
And I use my power for the highest good of all.
I know that I am walking this earth as a divine light worker here to bring forth more light and more love to this universe,
To this planet,
And to humanity.
Today I will follow my heart's callings and where they're leading me.
I will let myself be motivated by what lights me up,
What brings me joy,
And what I'm most called to.
I am so grateful for this life.
I am so grateful for myself doing the best that I can in every day and every moment.
Today I will listen to myself and honor what I hear,
And what I know,
And what I receive.
I will allow myself time for sacred rest.
I will allow myself time to pursue my dreams,
My passions,
And my goals,
And I will allow myself time to simply be.
Today I will live in alignment with my truth.
I will speak my truth,
I will share my truth,
And I will follow my heart leading me to my truth and what is meant for me.
Today I remember that the universe is working in my favor.
I remember that the universe is helping me and guiding me,
And that the universe has a plan that is so much better than what I could imagine or envision on my own.
I will surrender to the universe's plan for me.
I will surrender to God's plan for me.
I trust my highest timeline in that I am living it and aligned with it.
I trust my journey.
I trust myself as I walk forward today and every day.
I know that I am not alone today as I go on my life's journey.
I know I am never alone.
I know I am supported by so many beings of light and love,
Who care for me so deeply,
Support me so fully,
And walk beside me in each and every moment.
Today I will let myself love.
I'll let myself fall in love.
I'll let myself be in love.
I'll let myself speak my love and go where love is calling me to go.
Today I will remember to choose love instead of any other feeling or emotion.
I will surrender to the path of my heart,
The path of my knowing,
The path of the divine.
Today I welcome the most miraculous experiences,
The most mystical awakenings,
And the most magical moments.
Today I expect magic.
I expect it to be a beautiful,
Exciting,
Fun,
Joyful day.
Today I will look for the good in all situations.
I will have compassion for those that I encounter.
I will have compassion for myself.
I will have a positive outlook as I move through the world.
I know choosing light and love and positivity is in my control,
And I will honor my path and what is presented to me today.
Today I live with love.
I radiate light,
And I walk in the direction that my soul is calling me to go.
Today I welcome divine abundance,
Prosperity,
And new levels of wealth.
I welcome miraculous surprises.
I welcome abundance in all forms.
I expect surprising gifts,
Delightful messages,
And all that is meant for me.
Today I remember that all that is meant for me will always find its way back to me.
Nothing meant for me will miss me.
Today I trust and know that I am walking on my highest timeline,
Living in divine alignment,
And I trust divine timing guiding me,
Aligning me,
Showing me where I'm meant to be.
Today I will live with peace in my heart.
I will put aside all worries,
Fears,
And doubts,
As I step into the most confident,
Radiant version of myself.
Today I believe that everything is working out for me.
I know that everything is working out for me.
In this moment right now,
I know and remember that I am safe,
That I am okay,
And that I can do this.
Today I promise to show up fully and completely as myself.
I let my true authentic light shine,
And I let myself be who I'm here to be.
I give thanks for those who walk beside me.
I give thanks for myself.
I give thanks for how far I have come to be here and now.
Today I will honor myself in my path,
Giving thanks for all that I have,
Taking time to be grateful for the many blessings that are so abundantly clear to me,
Around me,
Within me,
On their way to me.
Today I welcome a new love,
A new love for the world,
A new love for myself,
A new love of all beings.
Today I am so grateful for the miracle that is life,
The miracle that is my life,
All of the miracles leading me to be here in this very moment.
I give thanks to my ancestors,
To my family,
To my friends,
To my spirit guides,
My angels,
My team.
I thank them and I welcome them to walk with me today,
To show me their presence,
To guide me,
And to make the path that I'm meant to walk so illuminated and so clear to me.
Today I know that everything is going to work out and be okay.
I am ready for this day.
I am ready for a day filled with beauty,
Grace,

And all that is of my highest good.
I welcome the highest good for all and for myself.
I surrender fully to the divine's plan for me today,
