Lay down and find a comfortable place of stillness.
Maybe it feels good to have your hands resting on your belly or your chest.
Or maybe you would like to have your arms by your side with your palms facing up,
Which symbolizes that you are ready to open up and you are ready to receive.
Allow your eyes to gently close and bring your attention to your breath.
Take a deep breath into your nose for 3,
2,
1.
Hold it in and with an audible sigh let it go through your mouth.
Take another deep cleansing breath in,
Feel the expansion in your belly and your chest and then exhale.
One more deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it in and with the biggest sigh of all let it all go.
The New Moon brings us to the start of a whole new cycle.
This is a lower energy phase so you might want to enjoy plenty of rest.
Know that for this time we have together there is nowhere you need to be and there is nothing you need to do.
This time is just for you,
Just for you to relax completely and to give yourself the space to connect with your true purpose.
It is the right time to check in with yourself,
To see if there are any strong feelings or negative emotions that you are holding onto.
Take a deep breath into your nose,
Hold it in,
Feel these emotions fully and with an audible sigh let them all go.
Begin to feel a deep sense of calm,
Continue breathing deeply into your nose and out through your mouth.
With every breath feel yourself settling in,
Feel your body relax deeper and deeper.
If at any point on your journey your mind begins to wander,
Do not try to stop it.
Just take note and allow your thoughts to pass like fluffy white clouds on the sky.
Then just bring your attention back to your breath and let these healing sounds guide you.

You are protected and loved and everything is just fine you you slowly,
Gently start to come back to your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes gently rotate your wrists and your ankles stretch your arms and your legs feeling refreshed,
Renewed and totally relaxed when you feel ready,
