Morning Uplift Did you know that music can be one of your superpowers?

Listening to music with its melody and harmony and rhythm is good for our health.

Music can uplift and comfort,

It can soothe and calm.

It can help us rest and sleep,

And is a great way to connect with yourself and others.

Just for today,

Why don't you listen to the following piece of music,

Taking note of how it makes you feel.

Does it energise you and help you get ready for the day ahead?

Does it help you remember a special time in your life?

Perhaps it is music that makes you feel like dancing.

Or maybe sitting quietly.

Music As you are going about your day,

Choose your own piece of music and see what you discover.

You may even like to create a playlist of your favourite songs to have on hand whenever you need.

Your own personal music prescription to use in your daily life.

What music do you need today?
