Hello and welcome to this meditation where we'll be focusing mostly on self-love.
My name is Allison Klachtel and I'm a certified yoga teacher.
And the intention behind this meditation is a way to cultivate the feelings within that we wish to ultimately experience in our outer reality,
But by giving it to ourselves first.
So for those of you who are familiar with manifestation work,
This would be more so along the lines of self-concept,
Which is pretty much the foundational work behind cultivating a strong manifestation practice.
So to start,
You want to find a tall,
Comfortable seat.
And I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold the breath at the top,
And a big exhale out through your mouth.
And again,
Full breath in,
Hold at the top,
And this time invite more air in,
And then big sigh and release.
And from here,
I want you to bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
And as if you're pulling energy up from the earth,
Start to breathe from the base of your spine all the way to the crown or the top of your head.
And then I want you to pause at the top.
And then through the crown of your head,
I want you to think of exhaling that energy out up into the sky,
So a big exhale here.
And now from the crown of the head,
Pulling energy down from the sky,
Take a deep inhale in and draw it down to the base of your spine.
And when you get there,
Pause.
You're going to exhale this energy back into the earth.
And so we're going to do a few rounds of this.
So I want you to think of drawing the energy up through the spine all the way to the sky,
And then back down through the spine to the earth.
So for those of you who are more visual,
You can think of this as a column running up and down through your spine,
And we're really just pulling energy up from the earth all the way to the sky,
And then back from the sky all the way back down to the earth.
So take a deep inhale from the base of your spine all the way to the crown of your head,
Pause,
Exhale out through the top of the head.
Now inhale through the crown of the head,
Pulling energy down to the spine,
Pause,
Exhale back into the earth.
Three more rounds.
Inhale from the base of the spine all the way to the crown,
Pause,
Exhale out into the sky.
Inhale in from the crown of the head all the way down to the base of the spine,
Pause,
Exhale into the earth.
Inhale from the base of the spine all the way to the crown,
Pause,
Exhale out into the sky.
Inhale in from the crown of the head all the way to the base of the spine,
Pause,
Exhale into the earth.
Last round.
Inhale from the base of the spine all the way pulling up to the crown,
Pause,
Exhale out into the sky.
And then inhale from the crown of the head all the way down to the base of the spine,
Pause,
Exhale back into the earth.
And then from here start to return to your natural breath.
I want you to start to bring awareness to the heart center.
So if you'd like you can even place one hand to your heart,
One hand to your stomach,
Or you can place both hands to your heart,
But you can also leave your hands wherever they are that's fine.
But I want you to begin to draw your energy or focus to the center of your heart as best as you can.
And I want you to begin to feel into the space with this deep inner knowing that you are worthy,
That you are worthy just as you are.
There is nothing you need to do to prove this.
Just you being you is enough.
And you are so worthy exactly as you are.
I want you to begin to feel this and in your mind's eye,
You might even tell yourself,
I am worthy.
What does it feel like to know that you are worthy just as you are?
So feeling into this deep inner knowing as you tell yourself,
I am worthy.
And as you breathe into this,
Continue to feel into this knowing that you are good enough,
That you are more than good enough,
That you are good enough just as you are.
Because who you are is enough.
You are special.
You are important.
You matter.
There is no one out there like you.
And start to tell yourself that,
That I am good enough,
And then feel into that space with this deep knowing,
I am good enough.
I am special.
I am important.
I matter.
I am amazing.
I am incredible.
And I want you to give this love to yourself,
Telling yourself with this deep inner knowing that this is already true.
I am valuable.
I am lovable.
I love myself.
What does it feel like to give yourself the love that you desire to experience?
What does it feel like to give yourself the love in the same way you love others?
Maybe even wrap your arms around yourself,
Giving yourself a big hug,
And tell yourself,
I accept myself.
I fully accept and embrace myself.
I honor myself.
I appreciate myself.
I value myself.
I love myself.
I have a lot of amazing qualities.
And I love who I am,
And I love who I am becoming.
I am so lovable.
I am loving.
I am worthy of being loved.
I am good enough to be loved.
I am deserving of being loved.
I am trusting that I am loved.
I believe that I am loved.
I am loved.
What does it feel like to receive love?
From yourself?
From those around you?
From the things you do,
And even that beyond what you can see?
To know that love is pouring in and coming towards you.
What does it feel like to receive this love?
Allow your heart to fill with this feeling and knowing that you are deeply loved,
That you matter,
That you are important,
And you are so valuable and valued.
Sit with this feeling as long as you need.
And if there's anything else you want to give yourself,
Begin to call that into your experience by feeling it within,
Knowing that this is already true,
Whether you can see it or not.
But by giving it to yourself,
You are creating it within and allowing space for it to show up in your reality.
Continuing to sit with this feeling,
That deep inner knowing that you are worthy,
That you are good enough,
That you are important,
And that you are so loved.
Stay here as long as you need,
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
