Hi,
In this session I'll be teaching you a breathing technique which I call the stress buster method.
It can be used at any time of the day whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed and do not have time to do a full-fledged meditation session.
You can quickly do this technique for as long as you are comfortable or until you feel relaxed.
So to begin with,
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and gently place your awareness on your breath in its natural state.
Notice the rising and falling sensations of your abdomen as your breath enters and leaves your body.
And whenever you are ready,
Start counting your breath in your mind as it enters and leaves your body.
Count 1 when you breathe in,
2 when you breathe out,
3 when you breathe in and 4 when you breathe out.
Continue like this and when you reach 10,
Start over from 1 again.
And if at any time during this practice your mind wanders,
It's alright.
Just acknowledge it with kindness and compassion and start counting again from where you left off.
