Yoga Nidra is a conscious relaxation practice and this session is perfect for beginners! Grab a blanket if you tend to get cold, some pillows or bolsters for your knees, and find a quiet place you can rest undisturbed for 15 minutes. Sankalpa- an intention or sacred vow. Unlike a resolution, it's not a focus on self improvement, but a truth already known to your true Self. I'll prompt you to invite in your Sankalpa, but if it doesn't come, that's okay! Here are some ideas: I am well. My heart is open to life's abundance. I nourish my body with healthy choices. I share my God-given gifts. I am enough I'm glad you're here.
