During this guided meditation,
We will release,
Relax and let go,
Allowing our natural state of well-being to rise,
Increasing our state of allowing,
Entering into a more positive,
Productive state,
Receptive to new information,
Intuition,
Ideas,
Solutions and creativity.
To begin this session,
Get into a comfortable position.
Allow your eyes to close and roll your eyes up and towards the center of your forehead.
Become aware of your breathing.
At first,
You may find yourself intentionally breathing in through your nose,
Releasing that breath so that with your deliberate intention,
You're consciously focused inward and your breathing will become more gentle and rhythmic,
Feeling yourself relaxing,
Releasing,
Becoming more and more comfortable,
More and more peaceful with each and every breath.
And as you feel yourself becoming more and more comfortable,
More and more peaceful with each and every breath,
You're easily,
Naturally allowing yourself to shift into a more receptive state of well-being and allowing all that your heart desires to manifest in wonderful ways with ease and grace in your life.
As you feel yourself becoming more peaceful,
Those things that may have been causing you stress are now fading away,
Being healed with an effortlessness,
Allowing your unconscious wisdom,
The wisdom of your body and your inner being to purify and cleanse,
To heal and transmute energy that no longer serves you so that your natural state of well-being,
Your natural positive way of thinking and feeling becomes more dominant.
And you will begin to notice that in your daily life you are feeling more positive,
Feeling more optimistic.
And while sometimes it may seem as though the changes are purely internal,
Meaning you feel better,
You feel more inspired,
You feel more positive,
You have more enriching,
Uplifting thoughts.
You will also notice that there is external evidence of your well-being,
More abundance and richness.
You may notice that your physical body is healthier.
You are seeing tangible evidence of the good that is occurring in your life.
And you find yourself expecting things to be good for you,
And they are.
Now take this time again focusing on your breathing,
Feeling the appreciation for your natural state of well-being,
Feeling the life force energy within you,
Allowing you to have this physical life experience.
Feel the wonder and the awe.
Notice that you are more than just your physical body.
Feel the essence of who you are,
More wholly,
More fully than ever before.
It is safe,
Right and good for you to allow all that your heart desires with ease.
Allow struggle to be a thing of the past as you move forward now with more ease and more positive expectation than ever before.
You expect good in your life.
It is right and good for you to embrace life with more joy,
Feeling more free,
More well-being.
And you can stay in this state of meditation for whatever length of time feels right and good for you emerging when you are ready,
Feeling revitalized.
Knowing that you have changed in positive,
Empowering ways that are aligned with your greatest good.
