Identity Meditation For Entrepreneurs & Executives

Having a vision of your future means little if you don’t know who you are or what you value most in life. Otherwise, you may find yourself making lots of progress — only to realize you’ve been heading in the wrong direction all along. A solid sense of identity is the foundation of a fulfilling life, both personally and professionally. Listen to this meditation to help you use your heart center to uncover your radically authentic self. Suggested Journal Prompt: There are many roles you may have put on up until this point: wife, mom, sister, etc. While critical to your purpose, those roles don’t necessarily describe the core of who you are. Your unique essence comes from your spirit, which is currently having a human experience. If you close your eyes and ask the question inwardly of “Who am I?” what words come forth? Write them down without judgment. Affirmation: “I am divine.”
