Make sure you are in a comfortable position.
Take a nice slow breath in and exhale peacefully.
To balance the chakras by meditating on them,
Concentrating all of your focus on each.
You see the events in your life,
The symbolic,
The beautiful lessons to be learned.
Start to focus now on the crown chakra.
Located just above your head.
It's radiating the color violet for some people.
Deep purple for others.
Maybe you're experiencing gold or white light.
And visualize this chakra symbolized by a thousand flower petals.
Imagine that you can spin the chakra like a top.
See it increasing in speed.
Until it's spinning with its bright color faster than the speed of light.
Repeat this mantra.
Everything is connected.
Now take a deep breath and see the crown chakra radiating far out and from your body.
Good.
Now bring your focus to the third eye chakra.
Found in the center of your forehead,
Just slightly above the eyebrows.
It glows in a deep indigo color.
A perfect mix of blues and purples.
And visualize the chakra with the symbol of an inverted perfect triangle.
Now feeling how you can spin this chakra too.
See it accelerating until it is spinning so fast that the indigo is shining faster than the speed of light.
And repeat the mantra.
Free the mind.
And take a deep breath.
See the third eye chakra radiate far out from your body.
Great.
And bringing your awareness to the throat chakra now.
Right in the center of your throat.
Represented by a gorgeous cobalt blue.
The color of the sky or the ocean.
This chakra could be seen as an eight sided mandala.
With beautiful designs within it.
Experience the ability to spin this chakra as well.
It is increasing in speed until you know it is traveling faster than anything you've seen before.
Repeating this mantra,
My words are especially pure.
And inhaling deeply as you breathe.
Seeing the throat chakra radiating out so far from your body.
Now the heart chakra.
The very center of your strong chest.
Colored with a lush green like that of nature.
You might see it in the shape of a six sided star.
Now interlaced with beautiful patterns.
Spin this chakra until it cannot possibly go any faster.
And reading the mantra,
I choose love.
And breathing deep.
Seeing the heart chakra glowing so brightly that it expands far out from your body.
Beautiful.
Gathering your awareness around your solar plexus chakra.
Just below the ribs.
The center of your torso.
Aligned with the level of your resting elbows.
See it beautifully colored deep,
Vibrant yellow.
Similar to that of the most magnificent sunset.
It can also be seen as the shape of an inverted triangle.
Surrounded by a circle of ten evenly spaced petals.
And spinning the chakra as fast as you can.
The mantra to resonate is shine on.
Inhale fully.
Clearly experience the solar plexus chakra.
Standing so brightly that it is extending far from your physical.
Bring all of your awareness to the sacral chakra.
About two inches below your navel in the center of your lower abdomen.
The color is the most brilliant orange.
Like the most perfect pumpkin.
Spinning it until it is in unstoppable motion.
Hearing the mantra happiness is within.
And breathe fully.
Feeling the sacral chakra shining so bright that it goes far beyond your body.
Amazing.
And lastly concentrate only on the root chakra.
At the base of your spine,
Your tailbone.
A bright red is glowing here.
The color of ruby red.
The design is a square encompassed with a circle.
Embraced with four large petals.
Spin this last chakra all with your mind.
Going faster than anything.
Repeat this last mantra.
Take root.
And breathing deeply.
Seeing the root chakra shine out so magnificently that it extends far out of your body.
Wonderful.
All of your chakras are balanced.
And you are ready to take on your day with great influence in the world.
