Alexis Montano

I’m a Marriage and Family therapist and coach trained in somatic healing and parts work (IFS) and Kundalini Yoga, I weave together movement, mindfulness, and creative expression to help women in transition rediscover balance, self-love, and authentic purpose. I believe each of us carries a unique gift meant to be shared with the world, and I want, with my whole heart, to help you discover, understand, and own yours. My coaching process helps you know yourself more deeply, identify your values and blocks, and lovingly integrate the parts of you that have been neglected. Through meditations and soul-centered coaching, I help you clear the misunderstandings that keep you from believing in yourself so you can live with authenticity, purpose, and light. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College.
