My name is Alex and I would like to invite you for this full moon inspired meditation to help you let go and release of everything that no longer serves you.
Okay,
Let's start our meditation.
Bring your palms on top of your knees facing upward.
Straighten up your spine and feel the grounding of your sit bones.
Scan your body.
How do you feel today?
And stabilize your breath.
Close your eyes and go inward.
Full moon is the time to release and to let go of everything that no longer serves us.
Sometimes those qualities manifest themselves in form of tension,
Heaviness or pressure in our bodies.
Now gently scan your body again using your breath.
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Where do you feel the tension in your body?
Direct your breath there.
Direct the intention to let go of it with every exhale.
Breathe gently.
Inhale and exhale.
Again.
Inhale and exhale.
Keep your breath steady.
Now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Your Anya chakra.
Take your breath there and with every exhale release all the limiting beliefs.
Release everything that no longer serves you.
Make space for you to come.
Make space to grow.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe gently.
Now is the time to introduce a mantra for this practice.
I easily and comfortably let go of everything that no longer serves me.
Repeat it silently in your mind.
Come back to it whenever your mind starts to wander and stay in stillness.
