Namaste,

This is Sarah and welcome to this practice for awakening your inner radiance.

Might we begin by simply arriving in this present moment,

Imagining as if you could pull all parts of yourself that might be lingering in the past,

Might be ruminating on the future,

Gently pulling all of yourself here into this moment right now.

Might we feel into our heart space,

Feeling the pulse of our heart,

Our aliveness,

Taking a moment of gratitude that we are here now,

Thanking our heart for all that it does,

For being alive.

And might we feel with each pulse of our heart,

This beautiful energy,

This life force as it rotates,

As it spirals,

As it infuses all of ourselves with life,

Feeling this radiance within us,

Feeling the warmth of our skin,

The warmth of the sun,

Our soul within us.

And just taking a moment to honor our own soul.

If you have a sankalpa,

A heart's resolve or heart's song that you work with,

You might call that in now.

If you do not have a particular sankalpa,

Might I offer,

I love myself deeply and wholly.

Repeating your sankalpa three times to yourself,

Feeling that imprint into the deepest places of your core,

Where it may act as a seed that blooms and blossoms,

Spreading throughout your entire being.

And now might we just take a few deep breaths together,

Breathing in through the nose two times,

Gentle pause and exhaling through the mouth to release.

Once again,

Breathing twice through the nose,

Nice cleansing breaths,

Pause and exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go of anything you no longer need.

One more time,

Two breaths through the nose,

Pause and exhaling,

Letting your breath come to its own natural rhythm,

And allowing yourself to bathe here for a moment,

Feeling the air on your skin,

Noticing any sounds or smells around you,

Coming fully into the cocoon that you have made for yourself of this present moment.

Might we become aware of the rise and fall of our breath within our body,

Just noticing without trying to change it.

Might we become aware of any thoughts that might be dancing around in our head,

Just noticing without trying to change.

Gentle awareness.

Might we become aware of the space within our hearts,

The vast field of the heart,

The largest electromagnetic field of the entire body,

Sensing as if we could fill the entire space of that field of our heart,

As if we could expand and embody ourselves to our fullest potential,

Gently rising and falling with the breath,

Expanding and contracting with the breath,

Filling all of our own layers,

Embodying our fullest present,

Here and now,

Expanding,

Contracting,

Filling all of the layers of our own being,

Breathing in and out.

Might we arrive back in our heart center,

Back in our core,

Feeling the light within us,

Feeling the warmth of that sun as it radiates out,

This is our shield and our resolve,

Listening to the vast wisdom of the heart,

Repeating your sankalpa to yourself three times,

And feeling that seed implant into the deepest part of your core,

Where it will blossom and spread throughout your entire being,

Breathing in and out,

Anchoring you to the here and now,

An anchor for your past,

An anchor for your future,

An anchor for the here and now.

And might you take a moment of gratitude for yourself and for your heart for all that it does,

A moment of gratitude for life,

For this day,

And know that you can come back to this place of inner radiance at all times,

Your inner sun is within you at all times,

Guiding you,

Protecting you,

Lending you strength and encouragement,

Lending you purpose,

A path,

An anchor to which you may find support at any time.
