This softly-spoken, intuitively guided meditation encourages us to rest in the sacred wisdom of the body, mind, and soul, with a sense of positivity and deep peace. Infused with reiki and sound healing, I composed the background track in the key of 432hz C to suffuse with themes of love and harmony, with additional time to rest back into the delicate ambiance of sound. This track is best listened to when you have a moment to fully rest - either at a quiet point during the day or before sleep. My guided meditations are intuitive and unscripted. Namaste and welcome.

This is Sarah,

And thank you for joining me today in this practice for resting in the sacred self.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

You might choose to be seated or to lay down,

Finding somewhere comfortable with any props that you need for comfort,

Such as a pillow,

A blanket,

An eye covering,

Anything that allows you to settle in fully.

As we begin to bring our awareness into our current state,

Might we invite any of the tabs that are open in our mind to slowly begin to close down,

One by one.

Any applications that are open,

Any of our to-do lists,

Anything from the past that we're doing around,

Slowly and gently closing each of these tabs down,

One by one,

Until we can feel ourselves begin to shed the excess weight,

To feel a sense of lightness,

One by one,

And growing a little bit closer to our inner space,

As if walking into the doorway of our sacred self and into this moment now.

Could you feel your body resting on the earth beneath you?

Could you invite gravity to hold you here at this time,

To feel safe,

To feel cozy and protected,

Welcoming your body,

Welcoming all of the parts of you that feel wonderful today,

And welcoming all of the parts of you that could use some love,

Some nourishment,

Into this moment,

To be seen,

To be felt,

To be loved.

Beginning to welcome your mind,

You might feel your awareness migrate up to the center of your forehead,

Between your brows,

So we begin to welcome the mind,

Welcoming any thoughts you might be having right now,

Welcoming the mind exactly as it is,

And just an invitation to the begin to slow,

To release any and all burdens that might be placed upon it,

Like traffic on a busy day,

One by one,

The cars beginning to slow,

Beginning to thin,

Beginning to dissolve completely,

Inviting the stillness of mind,

Like the surface of a pond on a windless day,

Silently reflecting all that lies within and without,

And resting within that peace,

Feeling your awareness migrate down into the center of your chest,

Into your heart space,

And welcoming the beautiful light within,

Welcoming your whole self,

Behold you,

And the radiance that defines you,

Your own beautiful uniqueness,

Your own inner sun,

Dancing joyously,

Beaming its light out into all of your cells,

Filling your aura,

And spreading your essence out into the whole world,

Taking a moment to honor that essence that is you,

To celebrate it,

To feel rejuvenated by this infinite light within,

Feel yourself soak in this light,

Reborn within it.

And as we rest in this beautiful complex of you,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

As we rest in the sacred self,

Might we invite in these healing sounds to wash over you,

To cleanse you,

To nourish you,

Inviting rest into every cell,

Inviting healing into all of the spaces within you that could use love and light,

Resting back into the sound,

Resting back into peace,

Could you begin to notice the weight of your body resting on the earth,

Inviting the sensation of gravity into each muscle,

To feel yourself held and supported by the earth,

Could we begin to invite in each wave of breath,

The sacred nourishment that each breath brings,

Feeling the gentle rise and the gentle fall of your belly with each wave of breath,

Feeling nourishment delivered into each and every cell,

Trillions of cells breathing together,

We might begin to invite our awareness back into the heart space,

To honor and celebrate our sacred light,

Taking a moment of gratitude that we have given ourselves time to recollect,

We might invite your light to expand out from your heart,

To surround and envelop you,

Love and protection to carry you throughout the rest of your day,

Or into your peaceful sleep tonight,

Knowing that our light is always within,

And knowing that we can return to this place of stillness and quiet within our sacred self at any time that is us,

Beautiful,

Silent,

Radiance,

You might begin to bring gentle movement into your fingers and toes,

Into your shoulders,

Gently awakening the body,

Feeling yourself come back fully into the environment around you,

When you're ready you might gently flutter the eyes open,

Just taking note of your surroundings,

Witnessing and noticing without judgment,

Gently and slowly welcoming yourself fully into this moment,

Into your beautiful life,

Into the rest of your day,
