Thank you for joining me on today's meditation.
Today we're going to be focusing on the root chakra.
I will be using tuning forks for the majority of this session.
So for this session,
I would like for you to be somewhere calm,
Somewhere peaceful,
Sitting down,
Laying down,
Eyes open or eyes closed,
Whatever you feel called to.
If you have any crystals you'd like to keep with you or anything that helps make you feel grounded,
I'm going to recommend bringing those in today just because the root chakra is about finding that groundedness,
Finding that oneness,
Finding that security within ourselves.
So when you're ready to begin,
Please rest,
Take a deep breath in,
Slowly exhale.
I want you to visualize yourself standing before a large lake filled with water,
Glistening with bright neon blue light.
You take a moment and step into the water,
Feeling the water's healing properties as it flows around the skin,
As it flows around the physical body,
As it begins healing and clearing through your energetic fields,
Lifting any heaviness,
Any denseness.
When you're ready,
Allow yourself to be fully submerged and we will begin using tuning forks to help align us.
When you're ready,
I'd like to bring you back to this reality.
Take a moment,
Take a few grounding breaths,
Wiggling the toes,
Wiggling the fingers,
Fluttering the eyes open if you had them closed,
Taking a deep breath in and slowly sighing out any of that air,
Letting go of any heaviness you might still be holding on to.
