Welcome to today's meditation.
Today I'd like to be focusing on the sacral chakra.
On the body,
This is located just below the belly button.
This is the center of our creativity,
Our inspiration,
Our sensuality.
For this meditation,
I'd like you to envision yourself walking through a forest.
In the distance,
You see a tree.
Just like autumn,
The leaves are bright orange.
This color is deeply associated with the sacral chakra.
You walk over to the tree.
You might notice any darkened bark on the tree,
Any heaviness that might be holding you back,
Any heaviness holding your creativity back.
If you're experiencing any type of creative block or blocks in your life where it's hard to imagine a brighter future,
We're going to be working in this area to clear the mind,
To clear the imagination,
And return to a place of creativity.
You walk up to the tree,
Feeling the sunlight beaming down on you,
Feeling the warmth warming the skin,
Warming the body,
The light entering the body,
Filling the spirit.
You notice your hands beginning to glow.
You rub your hands together,
Feeling this light energy.
You slowly begin removing the bark,
The darkened bark,
Holding your creativity back.
I'll begin using the tuning fork for the next 10 minutes or so.
Allow this energy to radiate through the body and clear out anywhere where creativity may be stunted.
Take a deep breath in and remove the darkness that you feel might be holding you back.
As we come to the end of our meditation,
Looking at the tree that you've cleared off,
The darkness you pulled away dissipating in the wind.
I want you to take a deep breath in,
Feeling the cool air as it enters your lungs.
Feeling as your body transmutes it into light.
Taking your hands covered in light,
Rubbing them together,
Just brushing the body off,
Brushing off any heaviness,
Any darkness.
Notice where you feel your consciousness within the physical body.
Wiggling the toes,
Wiggling the fingers.
I'd like to bring you back to this reality.
Fluttering the eyes open if you had them closed.
Just taking a moment to noticing the space around you.
Noticing if there's a shift in the energy.
Noticing if there's a shift within your energy.
