Hello and welcome to this body skin meditation by Aubrey Feathers.

I would like to take you through a journey of relaxation and getting back into your body.

I want you to start by closing your eyes,

Planting your feet on the ground.

Exhale audibly.

Inhale again.

Exhale audibly.

I want you to start by breathing into your toes,

Wiggling them a little if it feels good.

Breathe into your toes and wiggle.

Exhale.

Breathe into your feet next.

Exhale.

Breathe into your calves,

Tense them,

Stretch them,

Feel them.

Breathe into your thighs,

Tense them,

Stretch them,

Feel them.

Breathe into your bottom,

Wiggle in your seat,

Feel it.

Exhale.

Breathe into your tummy,

Let it expand,

Feel the air within your tummy,

Exhale.

Breathe into your heart,

Expand it,

Feel the love.

Feel the happiness and the joy.

Exhale.

Breathe into your fingertips,

Feel them,

Move them,

Stretch them.

Breathe into your forearms,

Tense them,

Stretch them,

Feel them.

Breathe into your shoulders,

Roll them forwards and backwards.

Exhale.

Feel into your neck,

Breathe into it,

Roll your head,

Feel it.

Breathe into the crown of your head,

Again roll it,

Feel it,

Breathe.

Now imagine this white ball of light completely surrounding you.

You are protected,

You are love,

You are light.

And within this ball,

Nothing can hurt you.

No mean words can penetrate you.

Nothing exists in this bubble except love and light.

Any ugly emotions,

Any sad emotions,

Angry,

Unhappiness can no longer be with you inside this bubble.

It's a beautiful golden white light bubble full of love and light and happiness and peace.

Breathe into this bubble,

You can come to this bubble anytime you need some peace,

Anytime you're feeling overwhelmed,

Anytime you're feeling disconnected from your body.

Do this meditation,

Feel into your body,

Return to the golden bubble of happiness,

Love,

Peace and light.

Carry this bubble with you for the rest of the day.

Into your sleep,

Wake up and you get to be in this bubble again.

No one can penetrate this bubble if you do not allow them to.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

Moving the body parts was unusual but combined with the breathing I found it effective. Good pace. Will revisit this meditation. Thank you for sharing.
