Messages From Your Guardian Angel

In this Guided Meditation, you will have the opportunity to meet, connect and receive messages from your Guardian Angel. Your Guardian Angel is constantly communicating energetically with you. By intending to listen, you can tap into the powerful energy of your Angel who guides you towards your Destiny. Your Angel holds immense, unconditional, and absolute love for you and through free will awaits intentional connection.

So as you make yourself comfortable,

Begin to take some deep breaths,

Feeling this life force energy moving into your lungs,

Energising your body.

As you breathe in,

Exhaling slowly and consciously,

Becoming more and more aware of any sensations in your body.

Breathing in light and breathing out stagnant energy.

Breathing in love and breathing out all that doesn't serve you any longer.

Keep breathing here and familiarising yourself with the rhythms of your breath.

As we invite four ascended light beings to stand in each corner of your room or space you're in and from their heart centres emanating a divine golden light.

This light creates a beautiful grid around you.

You are safe and protected within this grid.

Feeling a sense of deep peace wash over you.

Know that everything is in divine order and you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Let go of any resistance and surrender fully to this experience.

And now bring your awareness to your feet,

Imagining them being planted firmly on the ground.

And imagine tree roots forming from your souls,

Permeating the floor and moving deep into the ground,

Through the soil and down into the crystal kingdom.

Weaving down deeper into the crust of the planet and finally reaching the core of our mother earth.

This glowing radiant heart centre of Gaia.

Stay here for a moment,

Sending her gratitude for the nourishment she provides and her unconditional acceptance of who you are.

Visualise the roots intertwining and wrapping around the magnificent heart centre.

Imagine her sending you energy and vitality.

As this energy moves up your roots,

Into your feet and up your legs,

You begin to feel more empowered and energised.

Imagine this energy moving into your root chakra.

A bright red wheel at the bottom of your spine.

It starts to spin faster and glow brighter,

Allowing your tribal limiting beliefs to fall away from your subconscious.

And opening you to a sense of security and safety on this earth.

Spiralling up to your sacral chakra,

Just beneath your navel.

Allowing the flowing energy to encompass this orange sphere.

Spinning faster and brighter,

You begin to feel the old stories and patterns of this centre dissolve and melt away.

Becoming more in tune with the purest energy of this chakra.

Imagine it now moving up to your solar plexus.

A glowing yellow colour,

Shining brightly like the sun.

Feel the warmth of this sphere,

Igniting your personal power and gut instinct.

As you honour yourself in your knees as a human vessel of consciousness.

Weaving its way up higher,

This energy reaches your heart chakra.

An emerald green sphere in the middle of your body.

With love,

Compassion and forgiveness,

Feel this radiant round sphere awaken.

As you are immersed with absolute love from all that is.

Allowing these healing frequencies to move further up into your throat chakra.

Electric blue in colour.

Gently invite this energy to help you release limiting beliefs around expression.

Becoming completely comfortable speaking your truth and opening to effortless communication with your loving spirit guides.

Spiralling further up,

This energy reaches your third eye chakra,

Located between your eyebrows.

Opening your psychic and intuitive abilities and extrasensory perception.

A beautiful indigo glow,

Radiating a deep and mysterious light and uncovering your sixth sense.

As this sphere glows more and spins faster,

It activates a deep sense of awareness,

Knowing and clarity within you.

As these exquisite vibrations of energy move higher up they reach your crown chakra.

Floating just above your head and radiating the brightest and most sublime light in all directions.

This white sphere opens into a thousand petal lotus flower,

Symbolising your connection to Source,

The Divine,

All that is.

Imagine this energy shoot up into the heavens like a lightning bolt,

Opening an energetic flow of deep faith and trust to pour into your being.

Creating incredible miracles in your life and remembering your own cosmic oneness and wholeness with everyone and everything that exists in the universe.

And now,

Bringing your awareness to your surroundings as you enter a beautiful field with wild flowers dancing beneath the iridescent sky.

The aliveness of this place is spectacular,

With a backdrop of mystical mountains and soft green grass beneath your feet,

Feeling a sense of peace and tranquillity.

As you look down you see a beautiful path in front of you,

Illuminated by brilliant and delicate white feathers.

Stepping onto this path,

Feel soft and divine as your bare feet are kissed by these angelic feathers.

You are magnetised towards the majestic mountains in the nearby distance,

Breathing in the fresh air and feeling the pure energy as you approach a stunning turquoise waterfall.

Feel the peace that emanates from this waterfall,

As it calls you to step into its magical warm waters.

Placing your foot in the shallow emerald lagoon it's forming,

You notice a shift in energy and allow the waterfall to bathe you,

Purifying your mind,

Body and spirit.

Feeling the exquisite sensations,

The peace and serenity as the water cascades over your body and aura.

Mother Nature showering and cleansing you.

And when you feel refreshed,

Notice a bright light coming from behind the waterfall.

As you step through this fluid curtain of water,

You enter a high frequency dimension and you see an angelic temple.

Angelic singing and music enters your hearing senses and you become bathed in divine sounds and tranquillity.

As you step into this temple,

You notice it's embedded with pure rose quartz crystals,

Symbolising love and compassion.

And as you look up you see angels of all form,

Colour and sizes hovering gracefully.

And instantly you recognise your beautiful guardian.

Your angel glides over to you,

So happy to meet you in this way.

Your loyal angelic guardian embraces you warmly and holds you tightly with absolute unconditional love,

Enveloping you with its wings.

Taking a deep breath and allowing this vibration to sink deeper into your cells.

As your angels heart activates an indescribable and sensational divine love within your own heart.

Your love and bond deepening,

Illuminating your heart with angelic joy.

Your angel whispers these words in your ear.

My beloved,

I see you.

You are a brave soul.

I acknowledge you.

You are blazing your light so brightly.

I am so proud of you.

You are perfect.

I am with you at every moment.

I am always guiding you.

You are pure divinity.

Breathing deeply here as you absorb your angels love and devotion towards you.

Allowing some time in this space for your soul to offer any soothing and personal messages that you need right now.

And when you are ready,

You both let go of your sweet embrace.

And it's now time for you to slowly return from this angelic realm.

Giving this temple one last look.

Connecting with all the angels around there as your guardian holds your hand.

Showing you that they are with you always.

And as you emerge from the temple and stand behind the waterfall,

You notice the sun rays shining through the water.

Bathing you in golden sparkling light.

A warm and magical sensation permeating your whole being.

Cocooning you in a blanket of sunshine.

Your angel is with you because they are with you always.

And so with your hands together you cross through the waterfall,

Through the veil between the physical and the higher realm.

Standing on the other side,

You notice your angel has become etheric.

And although you may not see your guardian on your earth plane,

You are being assured that they are with you every step of the way.

You are guided and supported and loved by your angel in every single moment and second.

You can rely on your angel.

And now you have made this connection.

Your angel will start to show you more signs in your walking life,

In your dream state.

With those you meet,

Look out for those beautiful angelic white feathers.

And always remember your guardian is with you.

And as you glance once more at the waterfall,

With joy in your heart and deep gratitude,

You begin by walking down the path.

Returning slowly,

Gently as you ground your energy.

Feeling every step on your way.

Noticing how Mother Earth anchors you.

Beginning to slowly breathe in your chakras and aura to a manageable size.

Breathing in your crown chakra,

Your third eye,

Your throat chakra,

Your heart chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral chakra and your root chakra.

And breathing in your aura as Mother Earth wraps a grounded crystalline grid of protection around your field.

Feel this energy cocooning you,

Anchoring you.

And inviting another layer of protection.

From Mother Earth,

Some leaves and moss and flowers keep you safe,

Secure.

Feeling more stable,

Earthed and anchored.

Slowly,

Gently feeling yourself,

Your vibration,

How it has attuned and raised through this experience.

Feeling the joy in your heart for having met your angel,

For having shared your heart energy together.

And give your thanks to your guardian angel.

Giving thanks to Mother Earth.

Giving thanks to Great Spirit.

So staying here as long as you need.

Feeling this beautiful frequency and light that's been anchored in your heart.
