Zen Stillness

Zen Stillness is a 90-minute set of new music for Shakuhachi flute. The music is spacious, and calming, designed for yoga practice, meditation and deep relaxation. Deep soothing sounds send a signal to the brain to relax, and transport the listener to a beautiful, quiet place that helps to improve focus, enhance practice and relax. A serene and tranquil soundtrack performed in the style of ancient Japanese Zen music from the shakuhachi tradition known as 'Honkyoku'.
