I'd like you to close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Take another slow deep breath in through your nose and again slowly exhale out of your mouth.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out of your mouth.
And as you exhale in your continued breaths,
Breathe in and as you let your breath go,
Also let go of the stress in your neck and shoulders.
Feel it melt away.
Breathe in and again as you let your breath go,
Let go of the disappointments of the day.
Let go of the disappointments of the week.
Breathe in again and as you breathe out,
Let go of all the things you wish had gone differently.
I want you to ask in your mind the universe to please clear you.
Now ask the universe to please clear your mind.
Please clear your mind.
Now ask the universe to please clear your body.
Please clear your body.
And to please clear your soul.
Please clear your soul.
Take another relaxing breath and let go just a little bit more so that you can be here in this place with nothing else on your mind.
There's nowhere else that you need to be right now.
Just right here and right now in this experience.
Let your body sink a little bit deeper into whatever you're sitting or lying on and let it completely support your body.
I want to take you to a very special place.
A place that's inside of you.
It's a very sacred and special and I want you to talk to the light.
I want you to tell the light everything that's on your mind.
Is it finances?
Kids?
Concerns about family members?
Are you worried about your health?
If you feel stuck right now and you don't know what direction to go in,
Whatever it is,
This is the place.
This is the place where you come to bring all of these concerns.
Now I want you to take some time right now to talk,
To talk to the light and ask for guidance.
I'm going to leave you here in this light for a while to talk to the light and give your concerns,
Your worries,
Your hopes and your dreams.
And if you find that thoughts are entering your mind,
That's okay.
Just acknowledge them and let them go and come back to this place.
And I'll be back in a little bit to guide you out.
Let me just change my schedule so that when the light comes off and if the light hits you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you but the truth is,
Is the universe really cares about every concern that you have right now and there's a feeling inside a very special feeling that no matter what you're going through you're still very special and all that other stuff,
The worries,
The fears,
The concerns,
The stress,
The tough decisions it's all temporary but you're not temporary you're eternal and you're very important and the universe and the universe,
It listens to you and the universe cares it wants to support you and it does support you but you have to let it support you you have to remember to come to this special room it's here all the time and you need to retrain yourself that instead of going right away to your head and feeling so alone with all that you're working through that you drop down inside of yourself you go to your sacred space that special room inside and ask the universe and talk to God connect with your soul and say,
I need some guidance right now and I need to feel you like you're there with me I need to feel like you're holding my hand and we're getting through this together and I need to know that in spite of what I'm going through in my life that I'm still important and I'm still special and that you'll always be there with me you have every right to know these things about yourself this special place inside of you is just for you and this is where you come for shelter for reassurance for guidance with everything that goes on in your life this is where you come now it's time to leave this special place in return but you can come back any time but for right now you need to leave the special place and go back back down to that hallway I want you to walk down to the hallway walk back to those steps walk back to those steps and I want you to make your way back up the steps coming back up continuing to come back up just about at the top of the stairs right now and I want you to consciously think about being back in your physical body right now I'm going to count to three and when I get there you'll open your eyes one staying in that calm place continuing to feel that feeling of not being alone continuing to feel the love and the support of the universe two I want you to feel the weight of your body right now take a nice relaxing breath and connect back with your lungs become aware of your feet your legs,
Your arms,
Your chest and your hips your thighs and your back your neck and your throat becoming aware of your head right now you're completely back in your conscious mind and your physical body three you're back in your body remembering that special place inside and remembering that you can go there anytime you want open your eyes when you feel ready four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fourteen fourteen fourteen ten
