Adam is an ecological entrepreneurship coach that helps people tap into their inner power for change through mindfulness, practice, and action. He is a founder of climate tech businesses and The Goodstep Institute, which aims to empower the next generation of positive changemakers in the world. He holds a PhD in Geography and the Environment from Oxford University and has taught all over the world on human-centred climate solutions, entrepreneurship, and communications. He is a father to two boys, one cat, husband to a vinyasa beauty, and loves surfing, skiing, horses, and playing music.
