In this current chapter of life, Abigail embraces the mindset of a lifelong learner, adopting the identity of 'Never-ending Novice'. She sets the example of never being too old to begin again and embracing the adage of "Make it exist, then make it better." Through weekly live Zen Doodle sessions and other reflective and creative content, she invites others to explore with her - exploring art and novelty as medicine, expanding mindful awareness and expressing creativity as a form of self-care. Welcoming curiosity, imperfection, and playful discovery. Abigail is a current MSc Psychology student, has completed the first of two yoga certifications and is an avid digital doodler - all new identities and fields of study that stand in stark contrast to her 15 year career as a professional photographer. We get one life, but if we’re committed to consistent curiosity, we can colour that life with a multitude of seasons through self-discovery.
