Hello,
Everybody.
Thank you so much for joining us for this humming meditation.
Just a few instructions before we begin.
The idea here is that you want to take a deep breath in and out.
And hum it out.
The humming should be very effortless.
You should not have to exert too much effort or force as you're humming.
In fact,
If you leave your body loose and very relaxed,
The humming should be almost natural.
So you just take a deep breath in.
Amira out.
And then take another inhale and continue on with that same process.
One other thing that everybody has a very different lung capacity.
So you just follow your own practice.
Take a breath in,
Hum it out,
And whenever you're out of air,
Just take another breath in and continue on.
Don't worry too much about.
How I'm humming or anybody else around you is humming.
Just follow your own practice and focus on your own practice.
With that,
I invite you to close your eyes and take a few deep,
Slow breaths in.
And follow that air going in through your nose.
Down into the chest and belly.
And out through the nose again.
Keep taking a few more of those deep,
Slow breaths.
Just so that your attention comes back inward.
We spend so much of our time,
Of our day,
Of our life.
Is the output.
In the external world.
For a few moments now,
Let's just bring that attention back inward.
Back to what really is home.
That universe inside of us.
Just take as many of those slow,
Deep,
Deliberate breaths that you need to take.
Feel grounded and present within your body.
And whenever you feel ready.
You can take a breath in for the hum.
You Thanks for watching!
You you Grrrr.
You Thanks for watching!
You Mmmmm.
Let go of all thoughts and inhibitions and just hum.
You Thanks for watching!
You Grrrrrr.
Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Don't think about humming.
Just let go of all thoughts and just hum.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Roar.
ROAR!
Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Feel that hum.
Feel the vibration of the hum in your body.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
You you Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
Grrrrrr.
You Grrrrrr.
Thank you.
Whenever it feels right to you.
And come back into silence.
Keep your eyes closed.
Just observe whatever is happening in your body.
You might still feel some vibrations from the hum.
You might feel something different in your body.
Or you might even feel nothing at all.
But for a few moments,
Just observe whatever is happening in your body right now.
And taking all the time in the world that you need.
Whenever you feel ready.
You may open your eyes and come back into the space.
Thank you so much for your practice.
