Welcome to a Zero Sense Meditation.
This is an audio-based,
Intuitive development exercise.
It is designed to help you explore the subtle states of consciousness that lie just beneath everyday awareness.
Before we begin,
Make sure you're wearing headphones and that you're somewhere quiet,
Preferably dark and comfortable.
Choose a position where your body feels fully supported,
Either seated or gently reclined.
In a moment,
You'll hear a soundscape.
Let it guide your imagination.
Immerse yourself in the scene.
What do you feel,
See,
Hear or smell?
Who or what is around you?
Let it unfold naturally.
Don't force it,
Just observe what arises.
By engaging your imagination in this way,
You begin to activate your intuitive awareness,
A subtle form of knowing that helps you access deeper states of consciousness.
After this short,
Intuitive exercise,
You'll move into a binaural beat meditation,
Allowing you to even go deeper into relaxation and inner exploration.
To begin,
We first need to relax and gently disconnect from the physical senses.
Let's jump in and prepare for this experience.
First,
Close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Let your breathing settle into a natural,
Soft,
Quiet rhythm.
Feel your body begin to unwind.
Release any tension,
Especially in your hands,
Your chest or your jaw.
Surrender to gravity.
Your body can rest now.
Let your senses fade into the background.
Let your eyes be still.
Do not try to use them to look for anything.
You won't need them during this experience.
Allow yourself to unwind.
Turn inward.
Enjoy the experience.
You're walking through London.
On your way to the subway,
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Is it hard pavement,
Smooth tiles,
Or perhaps a metal grate?
What are you wearing as you walk through the subway?
What's the temperature around you?
As you descend into the station,
What sounds emerge?
Footsteps?
Voices?
Is there a train arriving?
What do the people look like?
What scents drift past?
Now you're inside the train.
Are you standing or sitting?
What does the surface feel like against your hand?
Let your surroundings take shape.
Allow everything to arrive in a clue.
Please move towards the front doors to leave the train.
This station is Charing Cross.
Change here for Bakerloo Line and National Rail services.
