You’ll connect to your body, notice inner sensations, and gently breathe through them — without judgment. There is no need to fix or solve anything. Just be present. Through this compassion-based approach, healing begins naturally. Place a hand on your heart, and remind yourself: that you are safe. You are supported. You are already doing something deeply brave — just by being here. This course is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone seeking a gentle and supportive way to ease anxiety.
