Hi,

And welcome.

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

When seated,

Create space in the hip area by sitting on a cushion.

And if you like,

Cover yourself with a blanket and slowly close the eyes.

Feel free to move during this session when you feel you are not comfortable anymore.

Now,

Follow your natural breathing for a few moments here.

Relax your face,

The forehead,

The muscles around the eyebrows,

The eyes.

Soften your lips and jaws.

Then connect with the back of the head and follow with your attention the spine all the way down.

And try to relax even more every part of the body that I'm about to name.

So take your attention at the base of the skull,

Down the neck,

The back of the shoulders,

The upper back,

Middle of the back,

The lower back.

Finally,

Resting your attention in the pelvis and see if you can ground the pelvis a bit more.

See if you can make it a bit heavier.

And if this doesn't work for you,

That's okay.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold the breath,

Breathe in a bit more,

Hold.

Now exhale through the mouth.

And let's do that again.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Hold,

Breathe in a bit more,

Hold,

And exhale all the way down.

One more time.

Deep breath in,

Hold,

A bit more,

Hold,

Exhale and let everything go.

Now,

We turn slowly to your natural breath,

Nowhere to go,

Nothing to do,

And let the sound come to you.

Wiggle the fingers and the toes,

Making circles with your wrists,

Your ankles.

Maybe you would like to stretch yourself out,

Bringing the hands over your head.

Or maybe making yourself a bit tinier by bringing the knees into the chest,

And maybe rocking from side to side here,

Slowly waking yourself up.

If you like to rest here,

Then stay.

I wish you a wonderful day.
