I created this with the sound of rain, Tibetan bowls, and Koshi chimes. Find somewhere comfortable to rest, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in and breathe out. "Feel" the sound of the rain touching your skin and washing off all stress, into the ground, and then breathe in the harmony and balance brought in by the soft singing bowls and chimes. We do this through 3 cycles - with each cycle approx 20 minutes. You don't need to keep full awareness throughout, an intention set in the first segment is enough. Enjoy.
